FFX Issues...

First off, we're experiencing some glitches with our new server and they are currently being worked on. A lot of people were trying to download EVERY single base package all at the same time and even though we have a better server than before, it still has a few bugs.We uploaded files the way we did for a reason and that's the end of that. Some repainters have relased entire packages already for the classics and that brings me up to the next subject.I as well as many of you show the proper respect when uploading repaints for someone else's work. Some unfortunatly do not. I'd like to post a paragraph from our EULA for everyone's review;Repaint Policy:The User is authorized to create repaints based on The Package. The User is also authorized to upload to the Internet the repaint(s) based on The Package provided all credits for the intellectual property of the individuals listed with The Package are retained and included with any uploaded repaint(s) based thereon.It says basically that you have to acknowledge the original authors of the package or aircraft. I've recieved a number of emails from our group members about this and they are a little ticked off. But that's my problem to deal with not yours. So to the individual(s) that do not respect our wishes which is pretty much common practice and policy amongst all the design groups, if you don't change your ways, we will change ours. Hey Mike,I don't know how far fetched this might sound but maybe there is a way you could put some kind of seal on the repaints that you approve and we could all then agree to only download the branded repaints. What good would it do to upload a non credited repaint if it doesn't get any downloads? I for one would be more than eager to abide by these tacit rules to keep these guys on the line.Cheers,Mauricio
