Hi,I do love RC as it respects the routes we plan. Anyway This is the first time i left an Uncontrolled airport to another uncontrolled airport. KEAR to KBFF (a bid flight from Airsource). Anyway, when I started RC4 I received from the start 2 options. 2. WX FFS and4. CLR from FFSWhathever I press I get no response, So I checked in the controller info telling me Unicomm is 122.80 and Center 119.40. Fine those 2 radios are set. I heard 1 time that a plane was gone take of from Rwy 18. But when I press the button 2 or 4, absolutly nothing happens for me, I tried 2 times, after 30 minutes of test, I gave up and took off hoping I would be able to contact center on 119.40. Nope same thing, so I kept flying for 45 minutes pressing several times the nuber 2-4 (yes I tried 0-9 in the end :) ) So I stopped RC4 and relaunched in flight, wheee very bad idea and jumped back from start (very stupid thing infact as with the ATC of FSX, you can start contacting them whenever you want.) Especially that it stopped FSpassengers too telling me that jumping is not allowed and quit... So i was not happy and that's why I am here asking, what is happening??? I have read the manual on pages 40-43 and see that I should have options like runway to take off and so on, well not here that's for sure.I hope someone can help with this.Thanks

i'm going to take a wild stab, and say you have turned off "auto tune on contact"to contact FSS, even though it is a phone call, the com1 freq needs to be set to 118.80give that a shot.if that doesn't work, turn on auto tuneif that doesn't work, make a log, details on how is pinned at the top of the forumjd

Thanks will try that, what concern auto tune, well i have a complete Saitek Yoke system with radios and so on, so really don't want to put it on auto tune contact. I hope it will work on 118.80, but if I remember well in my tests that also didn't work, but did so many things I forgot in the end. Will try, both just to see.

At First it didn't work, so was gone send you a log and saw in sticky posts something about Kaspersky. So restarted to read and also allowed RC4 in Kaspersky and guess what, problem solved, strange as the rest of controlled areas always worked. Anyway I am happy it works now and indeed now after take-off i can connect to 119.40 for the rest of my flight :).Thanks for the help and the fast reply, much appreciated.
