Anyone with Word 2000 or above and can give a helping hand?

An afterthought, Mike, probably not necessary, but maybe you'd like to know: If you're using non-standard fonts in your source Word document and you're going to use a PDF converter or pseudo-printer tool, be sure to instruct this to embed all or your special fonts into the PDF document. Otherwise, you'll probably have no problems to see them on your rig, but anyone not having installed the font in their system will see annoying signs or other font instead, probably not suited to your intentions.

Thanks for the help guys. At the moment I think I may see where some problems can be fixed, and I'm gonna have a go at my own work around, and see if that works but otherwise I'll definitely try all these suggestions! :( I'll keep you posted.

I should point out that since PDF995 pretends to be a print driver, it will quite happliy work with ANY program, including notepad.exe! :( Just for fun, I set PDF995 as my "default printer" temporarily, then created a .pdf file from a "Command Box" (aka DOS window) using:dir /s > prn :(
I also use pdf995, along with pdfedit, which is a quite useful util for doing things with pdf files. I have used it to merge pdf files of approach procedures, so I can print them 2 per side, two sided (4 per page).scott s..
