I've got an Geforce 9800GT and it does it on mine too,looks like a strobe light.I'll play around with it to see if I can get it to go away.

Hello,As I write in my former post I changed only the vortice effect ... and this is not a concern with your problem.The biggest change between your and mine must be the differents hardwares :)Regards.Gus.
