Account password doesn't exist

Does anyone know how to access account with a missing password? I live in a dinky little country called Australia and when I create an account and scroll down to fill in my details the info page has deciced to update my chosen password to nothing when I fill in my providence.I know this because I have set up another account as a test to see what the problem is.I have contacted support and am awaiting a reply but a quick work around would be much appreciated as the link will expire eventually.My bad I know,should pay more attention.Michael

Hi thereYes I've tried this and all i get is several times :Your password is:(there is no password)I then tried to log into account with no password and only email from purchase link and it tells me incorrect information on the database.But it recoconises that I have an valid email address and an account.Guess I'll have to wait for supports replywhat a pain in the backside.Michael
