Clayton- here is a screenshot of the PMDG 747 with both Capt. & FO 2D panels integrated on a single monitor. With the compression of the panels to fit them together, I was able to include a number of popups to fill up the empty space! In addition, note the synched triple views- LFwd,Fwd,RFwd which produces a single 145
