Hi Andrew,I've only just installed my J4100 and have just spent nearly two days trying to start the engines. Thinking my J4100 might be permanently grounded, I've just read your superb guide on how to start the engines. Now filled with new encouragement I think my new bird might actually take off. Thanks for a fantastic tutorial.Regards David Phillips.

Happy Flying,

Dave Phillips.

Howdy Puffmac ----Just another kudo for a job well done. This really was a great help to a J41 newbie like myself. I was struggling a bit with startups and this took me right to MY problem -- not having a good understanding of the prop behaviors on the J41.Now I can do my small airfield hopping and not have to worry about startups Big%20Grin.gif --- thanks again for a great contribution.

Hi there,I don't actually have the original images anymore so I can't edit them, though I could perhaps help you if you could tell me what steps are troubling you?

Hi to all. I just bought the PMDG JS41, a very good airplane very well modeled! Like many, I had problems to start the engines, and after some research on google, I found this forum, the post from Andrew and I have to say a big thanks to you, Andrew for your tutorial. Like others too, I tried to print without success and I saw requests about this, to have a pdf version and the answer of Andrew who had lost the pictures.I have a large screen and desktop publishing softwares, so I choosen to make a lot of screens shots in best quality I could, I retyped the text, and edited the tutorial with Adobe Indesign with whom I work. Then I exported the result in PDF, and I post it there to help a bit on my side. The text is original without modifications (except for some spelling mistakes ...), I tried also to preserve the layout. If you see other errors, or change needs, I can do a newer amended version if Andrew agrees of course.Good reading!PS: As I am Canadian, living in france for the moment, I can do a French version for some who'd be interrested.Pierre-Gilles

You're welcome! Don't forget to tell if there's a problem with the pdf. I export it for the latests versions of acrobat, you need the v8/9 to open it. I could export it in an oldier version too...Pierre- Gilles
