September 27, 200916 yr Hi,If the saratoga is loaded as the first A/C, there are no clickspots. I cannot work any switch in the VC. I have to load another aircraft and go back to the saratoga b4 the click spots work. Also, when I turn on the instrument or cabin floods the frames around the MFD's displays become reflective (exactly like a mirror with finish and all) and I can see clouds and background in the frames. Really a strange deal.I have no problems to date with any other commercial aircraft I have purchased including RealAir, Carenado, Lotus and many others. FSD has no idea why, so I am stuck with trying to investigate this on my own. I was hoping someone who is familiar with texture types and implementation of the textures to be able to at least shed a little light on this. Why would all other pure FSX planes that I own not have any issues, butFSD's do? Not being knowledgeable on the subject, I have no where to go. The only thing I can assume is that something is different about how this plane is coded.I run 185.85 drivers and they work perfectly in FSX and other games. I have been simming for 10 years and no my way around really well, but this one is a real puzzler.Any help would be much appreciated.RegardsBob Ginn
September 27, 200916 yr Saratoga in FSX is a portover from FS9. So make sure you load the 2D panel first, as many operations seem triggered off that - not sure if the clickspots will work that way, but worth a try.
September 27, 200916 yr I have that aircraft and it works just fine. It's recommended that the default cessna be loaded first, then load the aircraft of your choice. Always load the 2D panel first ... a setting in fsx.A re-install of the saratoga might be helpful if the problem persists.

September 27, 200916 yr I had that same clickspot issue with the FSD Saratoga. I found loading the default flight (Trike at Friday Harbor) and then switching to Saratoga with 2D panel and finally to virtual cockpit allowed it to work. Then, one day, I tried loading directly to the Saratoga in 2D (cutting out the default flight) and switched to virtual. For some reason it worked and has continued to do so ever since.I fly the FSD Saratoga almost every week (practice for my RW plane). I have more challenges with this plane than any other that I fly. I tried modifying the panel with FSPanels and it was locked down so that I could not make changes....ugh!It sounds like there is a new team at FSD and they appear to be more customer sensitive.I wish I could offer more help.
