I don't have this particular plane, but many forward views are a compromise, unless they have specific "landing panel views" or adjustable VC's. I just use shiftZ for airspeed readouts, and hit the "W" key. That's about the most realistic IMO.I say that, because you can sit in an automobile or aircraft, look far down the runway, and your eyes are never focused on the panel, unless you glance down. Hi dykesc,Pressing the 'Shift + Enter' keys raises the eye point. That is, it places you higher in your seat so you can see better. 'Shift + Backspace' lowers your view. Each can be pressesed several times to get you right where you want. I utilize them all the time.John

Thanks for the replies. I took a flight with 1/2 fuel and views on approach are much improved. No view forward adjustments required during the approach. What is the max landing weight with fuel for the Lear 35?

15,300 lbs, for older serial numbered airframes 14,300 lbs
