October 19, 200916 yr Wow...I was close to pulling the trigger on the $80 download version of PMDG's 747X a few nights ago, but didn't because of some still-lingering aggravation from not having a discounted upgrade path from the still-outstanding FS9 version. Lo and behold, I was in Best Buy a couple hours ago looking for some unrelated software, and I spotted the PMDG 747 (boxed by Aerosoft) on the shelf next to X-Plane and bargain-priced re-releases of MS Combat Flight Simulator 3 and FS2002.Sure enough, it's the full PMDG 747 for FSX. And it's now in my hangar for $32 instead of $80.I also note that there's no mention of this boxed product on either the Aerosoft or PMDG site. I'd probably be having something different to say if I had paid $80 and then found it on the shelf at BB for $29.99 two days later.
