AVSIM Library Uploads Suspended.

Members, first the good news. AVSIM Has grown so large that our existing file server is at capacity. We have had plans rolling since February for a newer, larger file server. That device will hold and be large enough for years to come, and the ability to grow with us.Now for the bad news, effective immediately, we are suspending uploads to the library until we can complete our move over. Our server is literally full. We are working with vendors now in the server location to get the project done as soon as possible, and within the week.This does not affect current files, those will still be available for download by members. However new files will not be posted for a few days while we get moved over.Rest assured we will get back to normal business as soon as we can! When the time comes to move, a second announcement will be posted with a server outage while we format and prepare the new device.Thank you for your understanding as we grow even bigger!

In the post it says :This does not affect current files, those will still be available for download by members. but I'm not able to login any more at all, 'server is not available' is the message I get. I hope this is not a problem with my connection but will be sorted out soon on the server-side.

During the final move over of files, we had to take the server off line to dedicate ALL available bandwidth to the copy. As of 9am this morning, it was at 50% copied. It will be online later today.Thanks,
