Access is beng denied

I recently upgraded to OS 7 and I tried to add additional repaints to aircraft but my access was denied. Does anyone know how to corrct this situation.ThanksRichard S. Churchill

Go into the control panel and turn off your "user acount" It is a "slider" control,just move it to the bottom...Should fix your problem....Lou

I have the same problem. I went to the control panel and am unable to locate this slider. Could you please be more specific as to how to navigate to change this setting.VRTodd
