Tile Proxy newbie with a problem

i just downloaded Tileproxy and i am getting this error when starting tile proxy, the only different in altering the install is fsx is on the E:/ driveUntitled.jpg

Is this on a 64 bit version of windows? If so, have you disabled driver signature verification?

no i have 32 bit i solved it i forgot about the uac control that solved it
