ATI 4850 to 5870/GTX285?

Hi,I got Q9550 (not overclocked), 2GB of DDR2 (800Mhz) RAM and ATI 4850. Running WIN7 64bit.Wondering if moving to ATI5870 or GTX285 would benefit FSX and/or FS9?Thank you!Aleks

I'm guessing it won't be that huge of a difference. CPU is what FSX is about largely. You'd see a big improvement in other games though, especially with the 5870 (it's one generation newer than the GTX285 and 4850 are)

I don't understand why people feel the need to offer advice to others when it is merely a guess, and not even an educated one at that.Read this thread to see just what the 5870 does for FSX.
