pmdg error dll.options

hi i am trying to fly on a pmdg 747 plane but it will not load. i have a bought version of pmdg 747 and have it installed correctly. but when i click on the plane it says pmdg_747400_main.dll cannot find options.dlli have checked were this should be and the file is there. i have also tryed uninstalling it and reinstalling it but still no luck.with this i have also been in the registry and done what it has said to do ion the pmdg help section hope you can helpalex billington

Do you have Wilco products installed? Especially the Wilco 737 PIC? If so, then this is your problem: the installation routine of Wilco's 737 modifies the dll.xml file in such a way, that it might get corrupted. If you have this error, it mean you have a corrupt dll.xml. You can read about this problem here.
