Contacting Customer Service

Greetings. I have attempted to contact PMDG customer service several times for the last week or so via e-mail. I have not received and answer. I am curious what folks experience has been with them returning e-mails. Thanks, Putt.

Please sign your full name in this forum.If you are not getting an automated response from support, they didn't get your emails. Many find they need to get a free gmail account from google to get through pmdg's spam filter.
