I'm not talking about the serial number on the label, but one hidden in the program itself.If it's true, then Microsoft will know which beta tester(s) are responsible for the piracy.

It would cost far too much to actually embed unique identifiers into each copy of FS - CD's are duplicated by stamping the silver platers with the master gold version of the software. FS2002 sold over a million copies - not even Microsoft could afford to alter each individual stamping of the CDs to add a unique code to each and every copy.Ryan
