Tragic ERJ-145 simulated accident.

Recommended Posts

So there I was at the end of my flight from Charlotte to Atlanta... I was on Localizer and Glide Slope almost ready to kill the autopilot when the ERJ took a hard left bank and sudden nose dive... at only 2800 feet there was nothing I could do... I killed the auto pilot, but still had no control...Anyone else seen this ?

It is the feelthere ERJ, but it has only happened once and I'm sure the autopilot was still in control because I remember disengaging the AP after the event.

Have any add-ons that add wake turbulence? If you were on the localizer this was probably what happened.

did you double check your yoke settings? a button set to FS function is what caught the person with similar problem in the tread i linked.you may have also expereienced a FS 'sudden wind direction/speed change'. payware FSUIPC can help with this issue. many payware weather engines also can slow these 'direction/speed changes'.ERJ v2 support forum -http://forum.iemit.com--

Part Deux ....A perfect flight... cleared to land... perfect landing... and then a FedEx crossed the runway right in front of me... no survivors... :-(Maybe AI Smooth will help with these kinds of things...?
