I apologize for the problem you are having but unfortunately I am unable to help you out the reason you are having the problem is the punctuation in the file name notice the letter e in mexico. These files present problems to some people and they are unable to down load them. We are trying to figure out a way to solve this but it may take some time. The only answer I can give you is to try FIREFOX for a browser I was able to down it it with no problems. You can find Firefox at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/

Thanks Gary. I have a friend who uses that browser so I'll get him to download it for me. Great support.fb
