Where to get blank commercial flight paperwork?

Hiya-I read in "Flying the Big Jets" (a great book for big iron sim pilots) that real commercial pilots have paper company logs they use to log arrival times at waypoints during a flight along with other details (fuel remaining, current flight level, etc.).Does anyone know where I could get some blank examples of flight paperwork? Yes- this sim pilot wants to make it as real as it gets by filling out actual flight paperwork. I can the real commercial pilots reading this falling off your chairs laughing!Thanks in advance to those of you who kept a straight face -Simon

Well, I would suggest that you just make your own!Go to the company website and find a jpg or whatever of the company logo. Then open M$ Paint and make an 8 1/2" x 11" bitmap and use the logo jpeg that you saved from the company site to make a header or whatever. Of course the material from the company site will be copyrighted (sp?...copy written?...whatever, you get the point) so it is probably illegal to do this. You could ask permission...but if you make it for your own personal use and do not distribute it, who is going to know or care?Good luck! B. Thanks!Has anyone seen a copy of actual airline flight paperwork or, better yet, have a copy they could fax that I could use as a reference?Even used is OK- I'll just scan and PhotoShop out the markings and any identifying characteristics or, if the form is copywrited, use it as a reference to create a form from scratch. I'll be happy to make my finished product available to the community.-Simon
