Load manager not starting

Hello, today I wanted to start Load Manager, and I get this message:XXXX\PMDG\MD11_LoadManager.exeThe application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or the use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.I have the newest update for MD-11 and using Win 7 64 bit.Matja

I've read this symptom in this forum but don't recall the fix if any was reported. Assuming you have admin rights covered, maybe running the installer and selecting repair options?

I've tried both options: Full reinstall and just repair options, but none of them work.Matja

Dan, thank you very much! Reinstalling (or maybe even installing, because I did not get the repair option with the C++2008) worked. Thank you again, and if we meet on the Virtual sky, virtual beer is on me :)Matja

Matjaz, thanks for reporting back on the solution. Those runtimes have caused problems for some installations, and glad it worked out.
