Max Zero Fuel Weight

I guess this might be a stupid question, but how come there's no way you can fully load the 744 without exceeding it's MZFW?I'm using the fuel manager and single class config.result: Zero Fuel Weight = 606K Lbs when the maximum is 542.5

Because the 747 will be too heavy if you fill her up with both passagengers and cargo. The more passengers you load the less cargo you may load.Ulf Bjarke
