Hi,I have run out of installations on my 747 and sent two e-mail to support@precisionmanuals.com to no avail.Can anyone look at it please? I am stuck over there, and I need to rebuild my PC from scratch due to a massive hard drive failure.Thanks

Lorenzo, if you are not getting automatice replys from support then they are not getting your emails. Probably blocked by their overzealous spam filter. Some folks have to get a free gmail account, which always seems to work.
