That is right, Citrus Virtual is in need of staff members! A list of available jobs are located below. All Staff Must Have An Active Vatsim AccountAll Staff Must Be Able To File 4 Pireps A Month (1-2 per Week)All Staff Must Have Great Communication SkillsAll Staff Most Be Able To Use Programs Such As Outlook ExpressSee That Is Not So Hard!

Station ManagersTraining AssistantHuman Resource Assistant

Station Managers:-Sends Weekly E-Mails Out To There Pilots With Hub Updates-Send New Pilots To There Hub's Welcome Messages-Communicate With Each Of There Pilots-Fly at least ONE flight a week-Get With The Event Director To Set Up Hub Events-Communicate With There Hub ATC, In Order To Make Sure There Are No Problems With Our PilotsTraining Assistant:Here at Citrus Virtual we work with our pilots step by step to get them in the SKY!!! We accept new VATSIM pilots, but they must have a minimum of five Vatsim hours on file. Any pilots who have anywhere from 5-24 Online Flying Vatsim hours are sent to the Training Department for Training. Our Training Department works with pilots from Ground Classes to actually getting them set up with ATC in Atlanta. Before you push back from your gate you will know everything you need to know thanks to our wonderful Training Department!Human Resource Assistant:-Accept New Pilot Applications-Work With All Other Staff Members To Keep Citrus Virtual Going!-Approve Pireps-Must Be Able To Use Outlook Express & Microsoft Word-Always Able To Help Around The Virtual Where Help Is Needed
