Lake Erie Problem

This what I'm seeing in Lake Erie between Erie, PA and Canada. Can someone tell me what's wrong and how to fix it? I have GEX and UTX installed.

Yes - I'm using version 1.31 US and version 1.1b in Canada. So far this is the only area I've seen this problem.

Have you ran the configuration utility for each version of UTX...If you think you did, run them again and then see what you get.

I just figured it out. I had different settings in US UTX and Canada UTX for the water tint. Once I set them the same, problem fixed!
