FMC of the PMDG B737NG-800

Featured Replies

Hi,I got the following strange problem with the FMC of PMDG B737NG-800: If I my LCD-Screen works with the resolution of 1920x1280x32 the numbers from the Number-Pad of the FMC are not returned correctly in the Scratchpad. For example, if I click the zero, the number eight appears in the Scratchpad 8 etc. If I activate a resolution of 1280x1024x32 or lower for the LCD-Screen this mistake does not appear.I would be very grateful for help to fix this problem. Please bear with me a little for my bad English.Kind regardsAnPiToNonFl

Hi ummm AnPiToNonFl,Is that your first name or your last? :(Please sign your full name per forum rules, thanks. That sounds like an abnormal res... Try 1920x1200, that works fine for me. Never heard of the other. What monitor you running with that rez? And what video card manufacturer (nvidia or ATI)?If 1280x1024 works then 1920x1200 should just as well. If you have a 16:9 screen you can modify the wide=true in the fsx.cfg but not sure if that would do anything for ya.

Resize the FMC's "window" until it's closer to a 4:3 aspect ratio. Nothing we can really do about this, that panel was designed long before widescreen monitors caught on.
