January 27, 201016 yr I installed a repaint for the Cessna 182 RG and although the paint looks great, there is never any bright sunshine on the plane. Anyone know what would cause this? Looks like the interior lights are on all the time. When "cast a shadow on itself" is checked, you can see the wing shadow but yet the whole plane is not bright like all the others. Any help?RayM When Pigs Fly . Ray Marshall .
January 27, 201016 yr Hello Ray!Looks like it is something wrong with the spec templates or the alpha channels.Where did you find the liveries? I may download them and have a look at the templates..... :( Gunnar v.d. January 27, 201016 yr Author I found it here http://www.flightsim.com/zview.php?cm=list&fid=142016 The two spec files are missing. I copied them over from the base texture folder but, that did not fix the problem. When Pigs Fly . Ray Marshall .

January 29, 201016 yr OK Ray, I have the answer to this problem! :( First of all - this livery is made for FS9 only. But the main textures can be used in FSX if you are taking some precautions. The included readme file contains an entry for the aircraft.cfg. This one is of no use in FSX. Edit a new entry for the SMZ by using a copy of one of the existing entries. So to the heart of the problem. You will have to make a copy of one of the existing texture folders (FSX) and rename it Gunnar v.d.
