Intel i3 Processor and new system for FS2004...

Hey guys, I really need your expertise on this area as I desperately need a new PC and one that NEEDS to run FS2004 at a good rate of 28FPS with complex addons.Which system will be better at running FS2004?System 1:Intel

I'll tell you my system (similar to your 2nd one) can run fs9 locked at 50fps in all but the worst cases, and then it drops to about 30 for a few seconds. Just make sure you get a decent cooler and overclock to 4Ghz.
