FS2Crew vs. It's your Plane

Recommended Posts

Can this two product be compared? Did somebody try both?I have FS2Crew for LVD 767, it's a good addon, makes flight much more realistic, the only thing that bothers me a little (just a little, not a problem really) is all this button pressing.Any thoughts?

I'll let others comment since it wouldn't be right for me to do that, but FYI FS2Crew does voice control now.

BryanAs an aside, are there any plans to extend FS2crew to the CLS aircraft such as the 747-200 or the new 767?Ian

The new FS2Crew 2010 series (the ones with voice control) are excellent. Unfortunately only available for the FlyTheMaddog MD-80 and 737 series (default, Wilco and PMDG). However, not only are all the check lists by voice, but you can also voice command nearly all autopilot modes. No more fidling around selecting headings and altitudes while your trying to hand fly the aircraft. The PMDG NGX and JS41 are already listed as in the works on this series. I hope that eventually they'll be expanded to the PMDG MD-11, LDS 767 and maybe even the PMDG 747X (love the bird, but just doesn't run terribly smooth for me).

Hi Ian,Unfortunately, not. I'm sure CLS is great, but creating each version of FS2Crew is extraordinary time-consuming, so I can only really focus on the the planes with the biggest potential market size.

I think I need to hire more staff... :(
