I have Norton security suite and now neither my active sky for FS2004 and for FSX will not connect can some one tell me how to fix this problem :(

Tell Norton not to block AS from the Internet. Or do you mean that FS and AS are not connecting? That would be a FSUIPC3/FSUIPC4 issue.

I tried but I am not sure if I am doing it correctly.

I finally got it working I wound up rebooting for the affects to take place. Does not make a lot of sense to me it is supposed to make the changes when you hit the tha apply button in Norton's firewall.
