taxi fuel burn offf

in the pmdg fuel planning schematic 747-400 (standard units) chapter 2 page 5 (cruise and fuel planning)in de bottom of the page they have planned gross takeoff weight + taxi fuel burn off where do i find the information on how to enter it ?

Normal real world taxi fuel load is 1000kgs, but in FS you might set this to 1500kgs
