If you are running Win 7 - open fsx in a window and then start task manager (rclick the taskbar) then click the Resource Monitor button. Then click the Files tab to watch a dynamic display of all of the files that FSX loaded in the last minute.Right after load the list will be huge but will settle down to around 50 files in a cruise.This kind of blows my theory that blurries were caused by slow texture loading as most files load in less than 1ms.Cheersjja
