Call signs

Recommended Posts

I have had so much pleasure and satisfaction out of RC over the past few years and appreciate the fantastic support that the team provide in the forum. I have learned so much from the solutions to others issuesHave looked through the long list for callsigns in RCv5 and would just like to suggest two additional airlines and confirm that FlyBe will be incorporated, The other two airlines are both cargo airlines MK and Kelowna FlightcraftThanks agin for enhancing the FS experienceRichard CYHM

The radio call for Flybe is "Jersey" and the flight number should start with BE.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_airli..._United_Kingdomhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FlybeMK's radio sign is BRITISH GLOBAL or KRUGER AIR - a difference in information references. It is not in V4. It is a cargo airline.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MK_Airlines

All three airlines had been requested for RCv5 previously so they had already been marked for recording. Previously, a MK pilot let us know MK's callsign is MIKE KILO ALPHA (but that was at a time just prior to relocating their company and therefore a/c registrations). Since then I haven't heard any updates on the situation so it'd be best to stick with M-K-A for now. I suspect like some other charter/cargo operators, they have two or three different callsigns they use for various (unknown) reasons.Subs

As far as I know, "British Global" is the current callsign. I'm almost certain, but not 100%.Tim

How about Compass Airlines? Their call sign is "Compass Rose". I would think you probably already have that on the list, but I'm not sure where I can check. Thanks,Stacey
