The export explanation is to export Flight plans into Flight Simulator. Can we also export into the PMDG aircraft?Cliff

RC does not create flight plans. It only reads FS9 or FSX flight plans created in FS or a third party planner. It does not export flight plans. The only route related item you can change in RC4 is your cruise altitude. If you saw it in a tutorial then it referred to a planner such as the payware FSBuild or possibly another another payware or freeware planner. FSBuild (version 2.3 is current for both FS's) for one does export to several PMDG FMC formats including the 747, 737NG series, and others. I'm not sure about the J41. I use FSB and the PMDG 736/737/738/739 NG series in FS9. You can read about FSB at www.fsbuild.com (a bit outdated) or the ordering distribution at:http://secure.simmarket.com/ernie-alston-fsbuild-2.phtmlYou can browse/search the PMDG forums here at AVSIM.I have several threads in this forum about coordinating the FMC with the plan RC reads especially with regard to SIDs and STARs so they sync up. I agree with ronzie. FSBuild is a great flight planner which can export your flight plans into your third-party aircraft. I have the PMDG 747 and LDS 767. Plus it supports SIDs/STARs and you can add/delete waypoints if you wish. :(
