Blue VC Windows

Help. My D-18 amphib windows go blue in the vc when I have rain. The standard D18 works fine. Tried the Flight1 vcrain fix but it did not fix. searched for the vcrain.zip but cant find it for FSX. Can someone please help. Running FSX acceleration, windows 7 prem, intel i7 920, ASUS P6T deluxe v2,triple chl DDR3 1333.

I had the same problem with the wilco 737 PIC.I read about it on their website and there was a patch to resolve this. Now im not sure if this was a generic patch or one specific to the 737 addon itself.Maybe worth a look though.Tom

Is the aircraft FSX SP2 compatible? Probably not.

Finally found the vcrain.zip in the FS9 library. made a backup, installed the new textures and the blue glass is no more. Thanks for the help.
