pmdg 747 fsx trouble

hello,My fsx crashes frequently with the pmdg 747. Same with other planes to. Can someone tell or recommend what I should do.I want it not to crash.Sean Averre

A little more info would be helpful, Sean. Does your OS (helps to know what OS you have too) give you an error message? Have you checked the error logs? Is it a lockup or a crash to desktop (CTD)? Does it happen on load, or early in flight or only after long flights? Does it happen at any location? Oh, so many question.

Yeah it crashes to desktop.

No error messages? Just guessing, but you might have a problem with the dll.xml, which is a good source for CTD on loading of aircraft. You didn't mention when the CTD occur so I still don't have enought to go on.Tell ya what, go to support.precisionmanuals.com and open a ticket with them. I'm not getting much info from you and can only make guesses.The pmdg knowledge base has info on the dll.xml if you want to have a look at that possibility.

Well sometimes the message says fsx memory has ran out. But that is only sometimes
