FSX Sids/Stars Attached to Flight Planes directory

Recommended Posts

Hi,Im new to this forum thought I would give it a try. I have the 747-400 FSX versionI read that there is a FlightPlanes directory located in the PMDG Flight planes directorywith about 350 Sids/Stars flight plans. When I installed the FSX version of the 747-400I chose the custom install and enabled FMC and Sid/Stars. I can't seem to find how tobring yp the 350 sids/stars charts. How do you access the PMDG FlightPlanes Directory. Thanks,Dave Slagle

Dave, the flight plans (not charts or flight planes) are put in .../pmdg/flightplans under your MSFS directory. SIDSTARS are .../pmdg/sidstars, and are used by the FMS when you select a origin and destination, there are no charts here either. There is an article on SIDSTARS in the pmdg knowledge base that might help you.If you need charts, they are available on line from multiple sources and depending on the part of the world you are looking.
