777 turbulence problems

This problem only happens with the PSS T7. Whenever I encounter turbulence, the autopilot sets the plane rocking back and forth, and it keeps overcompensating and then overcompensating again. If I disengage the autopilot, I'm able to fly the aircraft smoothly without problems. Once I engage the autopilot again, the autopilot starts messing up again. Furthermore, when I am in turbulence the aircraft seems to loose engine power- and I end up wallowing at 270 kts, rocking back and forth in the sky, with the engines screaming at 99% and the aircraft is still loosing speed and altitude. No failures are enabled, and wing and engine are enabled, so icing's not causing any problems. If I disengage the autopilot and fly by hand, the lack of thrust remains.Any ideas?

I've flown into heavy turbulence with the T7 and it does decrease engine power and eventually the speed does drop but I think it's due to the 'Turbulence Penetration Speed' set into the aircraft systems. I don't know if PSS has actually incorporated a standard speed band for turbulence but I'm sure that's why you're getting engine power loss and therefore a drop in speed. Although the autopilot does compensate for the turbulence, I wouldn't go as far to say that it's over-compensating. Heavy turbulence does demand rapid response which is why it might look like its over-compensating.Hope that helps. Cheers,Karan
