Dumb Question

Greets,Older guy somewhat out of his league here. I dislike asking dumb questions, but I'm confused so here goes:On Thursday evening, March 4, I purchased the Extended Download Service for the PMDG 736 - 739 NG series. I've sent two followup emails asking for directions how to proceed, but have not heard back.Where do I go to get the download links? I think there was an instruction at some point telling one to go to the old orders and the links there would be reactivated. Well, the 800-900 link is listed but is not active. I am unable to find any information on my account page for my original purchase of the 736/737NG. But certainly, my purchase for both Extended Downloads went through immediately.As it has been four days, I am becoming concerned. Could someone point me in the right direction?ThanksChip Barber
