Tried turning off the firewall - but Im still unable to download from the library. Anybody else have had this problem before who might know how to solve it?

Are you using AVG? Some people reported having similar download problems with it a while back.

No - its a danish program called Stofa...

Found out it WAS a firewall problem.... Im back in the download que... finally!

Glad you can download again.Was it 'Stofa' or something else that was the cause of the problem? Just so we know for future reference.

The program is called Stofa SafeSurf (used in Denmark). Apparently I had to open the port that downloads goes through... But strangely enough it was only avsim that was blocked. So yes - it was the program that caused the fault. But only within the past few weeks.
