play with the 3 luminosity settings at the bottom of panel.cfgin VCs it is wiyh the vcfx listyed under LIGHTS in aircraft.cfg, which you sjould edit to a nes fx file copied from the first, saved as a new name so that not all panekls use it

Yes, that's better, isn't it, but it still isn't bringing up the individual gauge lights as in FS2002.I thought Chuck Dome's MAKEPINK gauge might be necessary, so I just copied it across, but that did nothing other than you show. Fine, Ken, and thanks, but we don't have the answer yet to this poster. This is how my FS2002 Hawk panel looks at night in the default FS2004 situation:http://www.swiremariners.com/hawkpnl.jpgYet as we see from the poster's panel shots of default aircraft in FS2004, the light is either "on" all over the panel which is horrible or "off" with no gauge lighting. Funny that. The panel lights info is in the Panel CFG ok..but haven't gotten it to work yet/at all, and in plane's CFG you can change the cabin light to become a red nav light. This is sounding like it needs a fix from MS?

They are all in effects file ok..and I brought over vclight_df177.fxfrom 2k2 also, but still no gauge lights.

ohrighti think VC gauge lights depend on the flood lamps for cockpitdownload my panel lights modifyier for the lear45 to see what editing i did to an fx file's RGB values.Try a similar approach.You have to save the file again as an fx file or it will resort to the test format and this prob do no workfile is == learvc-6.zipallen lavigne

i only play in 3D now and have actually disarmed the 2D panelsso i dont know
