747 inflight relight/restart procedure

Does anyone have the procedures for relighting a 747 engine inflight? I know that it requires an altitude below 30000, but using autostart and continuous ignition, I am unable to restart. Also, shouldn't N1 be higher than 4.7 due to windmilling at 300+ knots?

Shane,Have you run the Abnormal 6-10 "Engine In-Flight Start" checklist? Your looking for N2 to introduce fuel if not using autostart.

I will take a look at it, I tried autostart and manual, packs off, apu on and off, and was unable to get a relight. I am sure I missed something from the checklist.Thanks,Shane
