Winds at FL's

Hey,I just purchased premium FSUPIC to smooth winds but now I seem to have a problem! I have it set to smooth winds and edit FS's own weather and I'm using Updated Real world weather. I have calm to 1-2 knot winds at FL's how can I fix this?

nvm winds aloft somehow got unchecked
