FFX DC-10 truly FS2004 compliant?

Recommended Posts

I had an absolutely gorgeous flight from KSEA to CYYC last night in the CP Air DC10-10 in FS2004. However, on loading the airplane up, I was gonna lighten the fuel load because that airplane is much longer range than just Seattle to Calgary. In opening the fuel and weight planner in FS2004, I found the plane to be noted as seriously overweight. Given that I wasnt sure it was completely tweaked for FS2004, I didnt touch anything and decided to go flying and see if how it went. Went fine...but the airplane was decidedly nose high in level flight. Didnt look right. Does anybody know if FFX has truly configured this one yet for FS2004? I know its early days yet. I also have a problem of serious buzzing and popping sounds when flying this bird, but same thing happens with the FFX 732 and 733. Probably thats the panels...Stefan Ahlbergs DC10 panel and the Ariane TCASII payware panel for the early 737's.Eric

Stefan Ahlbergs DC-10 panel with 2002 update. To be honest, there isnt a great DC10 panel out there. I wish there was. One disappointment of this great plane.Eric
