I'll have to check, right now not in my FSX computer, but take note of the latest REX update/SP... it would be nice to test how the play along with the shader mod.

Hello *******,first thank you very much for your great work for the FS community...I have tried your Shader mod now (version: sm3_current_274662), but I have really annoying shimmering on the ground at distance.I don't have them (just a very little) without your mod.AA and AF in FSX is enabled.WIN7 64 Prof, 6 GB RAM8800GTS 640 with all settings "let the application decide"FSX with AccelerationAny thoughts how to get rid of this?Thank you very much!Guenter

I got rid of this by clamping the negative LOD bias in the Nvidia control panel (manage 3d settings, program settings and then select Microsoft Flight Simulator X. Change "Texture Filtering - Negative LOD Bias" to Clamp). It can also be set using the relevant nhancer profile.

That helped!!!!thank you very much!(for other users: restart FSX after NVIDIA settings changing, that they can take effect!)

Hello Bob,That's the card that I use as well. 8800GT. It works well except that I get the "grids". (See my post a few posts above yours.)

I have finally tried to use this mod. It works fine except for my ground is a blurry mess, there is no detail. Its like its stuck loading and can't finish. What should I change?

in the [Display] section of the FSX.cfg?

Can someone please post a good "waterconstants.xml" for this mod ? I remember, that the file included in Bojotes mod is not good. Please someone send me the latest and well working "waterconstants.xml" to my email or PN.Thank you in advance.

As far as I know, that is unrelated to SM3.0. That has happened to me before and is the result of a file being missing from your Flight Simulator X/Effects/Texture folder. I believe the filename is fx_1.bmp.

Hello :( Very good mod but with this, I've many "flickering", or "flashing". In fact they are like short luminous flashes (like the lightnings under a storm). Do you know this problem ? Thank for your help :(

I believe you need to set a framerate limit in game rather than have it on unlimited
