having trouble on PMDG 747-400 trying to get views

Hi I am having trouble getting views for the 747-400 in the 2D cockpit for Eyepoint down and Eyepoint up,I can get the virtual cockpit to work right for these views,,as I need these views in 2D cockpit for landings would appreciate very much if anyone could advise me on this.,I use to get them,but something happen and I cannot figure out what thanks Rocky4

Rocky,Did u try Shift+Backspace for Eyepoint down and Shift+Enter for Eyepoint Up? They work on my FSX system.Hope this helps.Regards,

You shouldn't be needing to adjust the eyepoint to see the runway when landing - if your deck angle is too high to see the runway on approach it indicates an improper landing weight or something like that.

I find that zooming your view out to 0.6 is realistic and allows for better external viewing in the 2D cockpit.

think he means up or down which i use shift and q to move up and ctl shift and q to shift down view points
