August 5, 200322 yr Project Majenta charges a house mortgage for their gauges and they are not offering a complete flight simulator!!! At $55.00US we are getting a product that is imperfect yes, that all cannot use equally, yes again, but a product that tries to perform on the average for the vast majority of us simmers. It must be a relative nightmare to code this program in such a manner when there must be several million permutations and combinations of hardware/software that we simmers use. Now, if Microsoft where charging, say $495.00, different story entirely, but they're not are they. I have a P4/3.06 chip, best out there or close to it. I have 1GIG of RAM and a GEForce TI4600, Audigy Sound Card. I cannot max the sliders, especially with clouds, no way!! Someone once said that realistically we currently need a 5-6 GHz chip to run FS2002/2004 and he was right......well, that'll come along in say 5-10 years maybe sooner at which time we'll be on FS12 or 13 or whatever, at which case we'll need a 10 Ghz CHIP. YIKES!!! Oh well, such is the wonderful wacky world of simming.I think I'll get out my golf clubs and hit the links, nothing like a 32 handicap to create perspective!!!!!!!!!!!Randy Jura, KPDX
