June 19, 201015 yr Reds are clocked to 1733MHz, running fine, but of course timings needed loosening. For now I have them on 8-9-8-24, but I doubt I can go any lower, I like to keep them on stock voltage. Overall ram speed reduced a tiny bit due to higher CAS latency, but necessary to keep them in sync with my cpu overclock, and my Q9650 doesn "I´ll rather be down here wishing I was up there than be up there wishing I was down here"
June 24, 201015 yr My local supplier was sent the wrong kit, so I am back to square one. I have no idea when it will arrive. I should have just ordered through Newegg.ca I guess. Whatever, whenever is the rule of the day with these sort of things or frustration will eat any enjoyment when it all finally works right.Stephen
