Upgrade for Direct X (June 2010)

Hello;Direct X 9.29.1962 is released , anyone has tested it? any advantage?Regards

I'm also curious about this. Might try it tomorrow and report back, but is it possible to revert the update in case it makes things worse?

DirectX updates are meant to fix bugs. They almost never improve performance or image quality.

To the best of my knowledge, you can not revert DirectX updates. Once you apply it, your're done - there's no going back.

I routinely install the latest DirectX update, including this latest June release, as soon as I get word of it. No issues noted so far but I haven't done any kind of performance analysis either.
