Look in Chapter 4 of the PMDG J41 Flight Operations Manual.

I don't want to beat a horse to death, but...Page 28 of the FS2Crew manual, under section 8:"-If you actually want to perform the brief, make sure you hold the MUTE key down. Please consult the PMDG J41 AOM to see which items you may want to include in the brief."Always helps to read the manuals first.
